Build a barrier around machinery or equipment that is permanently mounted or cannot easily be moved The Ultra-Berm Builder component system can be built to just about any size and/or shape that might be needed for your spill containment application. Provides flexibility to create a semi-permanent, high-visibility custom barrier. Has a durable, vinyl covering resists oils, coolants, and most chemicals. Cut-to-length and secure to floor with included sealant, then seal seams with the vinyl adhesive. Product Highlights Economical containment for leaks and spills around machinery and equipment - no need to build expensive cement or angle iron curbs. High-visibility yellow color draws attention to the barrier for increased safety. Easy removal requires only a flat-bladed shovel. Economical design sets up quickly and provides secure containment The Ultra-Containment Berm Collapsible Wall Model features an economical design that sets up quickly and provides secure containment. PVC sidewall assemblies provide sturdy support for the containment area but are quickly lowered easy access. Great for spill containment of large quantities of drums, vehicles, frac tanks or other large containers. Product Highlights The collapsible wall model containment berm features rugged PVC sidewall assemblies for sidewall support. Simply swivel the "feet" of the PVC supports to lower or raise the sidewalls in just seconds. Rugged materials provide years of service and excellent chemical compatibility. Add the Ultra-Self Bailer to keep rainwater out of the spill containment berm. Rainwater drains from the berm passively but will automatically shut off if there is a spill. Standard material of construction is Copolymer-2000. Other materials available upon request. Custom sizes available. If we cannot get a definitive answer from our engineering staff, we can send a testing kit to you for a 30-day immersion test. We can make containment berms in custom sizes in virtually any length and width. Custom heights are available for most of the Ultra-Containment Berms. Please contact us for more information. The repair kit is simply an 11” x 36” piece of matching material and instructions on how to apply it to the berm. The only other item required is an industrial heat gun. The ground tarp provides added protection from punctures or damage from beneath the Ultra-Containment Berm. Standard procedure is to sweep the area of any rocks or debris, then place the ground tarp down followed by the containment berm. For smaller standard sized berms, the 11′ x 11′ ground tarp is recommended (Part #8311). For larger berms, the general rule of thumb is to add 4′ to both the length and width dimensions of the berm. (e.g. a 16′ x 64′ ground tarp would be used for a 12′ x 60′ containment berm.) Track belts are strips of very heavy-duty material (Reinforced PVC) that lay down inside the berm. They take the wear and tear from tires of the vehicles that are driving in and out of the berms. Thereby extending the life of the product.

Versatile spill containment that can be reused and easily modified The Ultra-Containment Berm Modular Model, also known as the Gorilla Berm, can change its dimensions. By using 6-foot long coated, foam blocks for its wall structure, the Gorilla Berm can very quickly and easily be resized to other shapes and sizes to meet other requirements. The foam blocks also allow the modular model containment berm to be driven in and out of without any manual operation of the walls. The heavy-duty foam compresses to allow trucks and other vehicles to drive into the unit and quickly returns to its normal state when the weight is removed. Rigid Secondary Containment for Fuel Tanks The Ultra-Containment Sump is a completely portable solution that eliminates costly spills while storing fuels, oils, and other hazardous liquids. Has rugged, all-polyethylene construction that will not rust or corrode. Product Highlights Use with optional Ultra-Self Bailer for outdoor spill containment - self bailer allows clean stormwater to passively drain from sump while capturing hydrocarbons. (Note: To use the Ultra-Self Bailer, Ultra-Containment Sumps WITH 3/4" DRAIN must be specified when ordering). Pullover cover option keeps rainwater out, yet allows easy access for pumping waste collection. Additional Information It is recommended that fuel tanks and anything else that is in the sump be removed prior to moving. The easiest way to move a containment sump is to place it on top of a wooden shipping pallet (not included). The sumps are stretch wrapped and ship via LTL. They do NOT ship on pallets. All of the Ultra-Containment Sumps are available with or without a drain. The drain is a 3/4″ fitting. In addition, the 1,000 gallon containment sump also has a 2″ drain option available. The Ultra-Self Bailer allows water to drain from the containment sumps while filtering out any hydrocarbons. The optional pullover cover is typically used to keep out rain/elements and dirt. Ultra-Spill Pallet® Economy Model
The Ultra-Spill Pallet® Economy Model was designed to help meet spill containment regulations without breaking the bank. By using recycled resin, we are able to make these spill pallets more economically and pass the savings on to our customers. Two models are available with a maximum capacity of two (2) or four (4) drums. The drain option allows any spilled contents to be easily removed. By storing 55-gallon drums (or other size containers) of hazardous material on our pallet, you can rest assured any incidental leaks or drips, as well as any spills, will be captured in the 66-gallon sump. The all-polyethylene 2′ x 4′ grating keeps drums above any spills and is easily removed to help facilitate clean-up. Both models can easily be moved, relocated, or transported with a pallet jack or forklift. An optional ramp is available with the 4-drum model for easier loading, unloading, and drum handling. Product Highlights 2-drum and 4-drum spill pallet models available. Applications for the all-polyethylene units include satellite waste collection and storage of virgin chemicals.
