SMS MESSAGING TERMS

Effective Date: February 13, 2026

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Consolidated Containment, LLC ("Company") offers a recurring SMS messaging program (the "Program") that may include account notifications, customer care communications, order confirmations and updates, scheduling notices, billing communications, and marketing or promotional messages.

The Program is administered by Consolidated Group, LLC on behalf of its affiliated companies.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REPRESENTATIONS

By enrolling in the Program, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• You are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or are authorized by the subscriber to enroll;
• The mobile number provided is accurate and current;
• You reside in the United States unless otherwise permitted by the Company.

You agree to notify the Company promptly if your mobile number changes.

3. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES

By providing your mobile telephone number through a website form, written agreement, recorded verbal consent, text-based opt-in, or other documented method, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of the Company using automated technology, automatic telephone dialing systems, or manual systems, as applicable.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Consent may be withdrawn at any time as described below.

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES

Message frequency will vary depending on account activity, transactions, and marketing campaigns.

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. The Company is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

5. OPT-OUT

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Opting out of marketing messages does not affect the Company’s ability to send non-SMS transactional communications where otherwise permitted by law.

6. HELP AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

7. NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY

The Company does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS OR TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. The Company may also suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if it reasonably believes you are in violation of these terms or applicable law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions in SMS delivery, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your provision of a telephone number that you do not own or have authority to use, your failure to notify the Company of a number change, or your violation of applicable law in connection with the Program.

11. DATA HANDLING

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are used solely for Company communications and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.
