Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for items damaged due to manufacturing defects.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a return is granted, products are subject to a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are in a new, unused condition. The customer is also responsible for shipping costs for restocking items.
