Polyethylene drum racks capture spills, keep your workplace clean and safe

The Ultra-Drum Rack Containment Systems® provide secure and safe containment for 1, 2, and 4 55-gallon drums. Made with durable polyethylene materials, these containment systems improve worker safety by keeping slippery chemicals and oils off the plant floor. Easily dispense 55-gallon drums in a secure and safe working environment.

Product Highlights

  • Drum rack units keep drums slightly tilted forward to maximize dispensing.
  • Optional dispensing shelf provides a service platform for buckets, safety cans, and other containers.
  • Optional locator pins install in the bottom of drum rack and into grating of the pallet to keep racks from sliding and moving.

What's Included

  • 1-drum system: spill pallet and one (1) 1-drum rack
  • 2-drum system: spill pallet and one (1) 2-drum rack
  • 4-drum system: spill pallet and two (2) 2-drum racks

Additional Information

  • The spouts, drums, buckets, etc. that are pictured are just to help “tell the story” of how the product is used. They are not included.
  • The systems are 100% polyethylene.
  • Specialized drum loading/handling equipment is required. UltraTech does not supply or sell this equipment but it is readily available from many different material handling and industrial suppliers.
  • All of the systems meet the regulations.
  • Locator pins come in a 2-pack and are used to prevent the drum racks from inadvertently sliding on top of the pallet. One end of the pin slides into the base of the drum rack, the other end of the pin will go through the grating.
  • The systems are covered by a 5-year warranty.
  • Two drum racks is the maximum number that should be stacked.
