Ultra-Spill Pallet® Nestable Model
The Ultra-Spill Pallet® Nestable Model offers a reliable solution for capturing leaks and spills from steel or poly drums. This 4-drum capacity pallet features a 66-gallon sump, allowing for more capacity and a longer service life. Its nestable design saves on space, allowing multiple pallets to be stored in a minimal amount of space. Constructed from chemical-resistant polyethylene, it is compatible with a broad range of acids and corrosives, while its 10" height ensures easy handling. For added convenience, the pallet can be used with a forklift. The innovative design of the Ultra-Spill Pallet® Nestable Model allows sumps to be perfectly nested to maximize valuable shipping and storage space. This can be a crucial advantage when shipping large quantities of spill pallets, especially overseas. For example, we can ship eight-eight (88) of our standard 4-drum spill pallets in a 53′ truck. In that same sized container, we can ship three hundred and eighty-four (384) nestable spill pallets! Of course, that translates to smaller (LTL) shipments too, but the freight savings are obvious. Capture leak, drips and spills from tanker trucks and rail cars The Ultra-Tanker Berm is a lightweight, portable spill containment solution that can be deployed quickly and easily to contain leaks, drips, and spills from over-the-road tankers or rail tank cars. Made with heavy-duty 40 oz PVC material, the Ultra-Tanker Berm offers excellent chemical resistance and stands up to the rigors of daily tanker operations. Pre-installed two-inch camlock fittings provides easy drainage to larger containment vessels. Ultra-Track Berm®
The Ultra-Track Berm® offers superior track-side protection with its lightweight and portable design. The dual sump design, made of durable 40 oz. PVC material, allows for drainage via two stainless steel camlock fittings, while the walls are constructed using closed-cell foam for strength and durability in harsh railroad conditions. Portable containment unit captures railcar leaks and spills Leaky locomotives and tanker cars can wreak environmental havoc on a railroad site. For loading areas, maintenance locations and other sections where leaks and spills are frequent, a more permanent spill containment system like the Ultra-Track Pans is an excellent solution. But for a portable spill containment / spill response solution, the Ultra-Track Berm® may be just the right answer. The track berm is portable enough to be quickly and effectively moved by one person to a leak or spill and can capture up to 144 gallons. If a larger spill occurs or greater capacity is needed, drain hoses (not included) can be connected to the camlock fittings so the spilled material is directed to a waste collection area or larger container. (42 mil) PVC which is very durable and provides excellent chemical resistance While the Ultra-Track Berm is built to last with heavy-duty materials and components, it weighs in at only 24 lbs. (10.9 Kg) so it can be easily transported to wherever it is needed. The steel connectors are camlock fittings and they are used to connect hoses to in case of a large or catastrophic spill.
